Technical description of the product (SMT172-220):

Smartec SMT172-220 digital temperature sensor with a temperature range of -45 to +130°C. PWM output (11-93%). Case: TO220. Supply voltage: 2.7-5.5V. Accuracy: ±0.8°C (max.) over range, ±0.25°C (max. @ -20-+80°C). Mounting type: THT.
