The MIKROE-2501 MCP9600 Thermo K Click module is a temperature sensor capable of measuring temperatures from -200°C to +1372°C, depending on the type of probe used. It carries the MCP9600 IC from Microchip and features an I2C interface. The module is designed to run on either a 3.3V or 5V power supply and communicates with the target MCU through the I2C interface. Key features include an operating current of 300 µA and a shutdown current of 2 µA. It offers four programmable temperature alert outputs. Applications include hand-held measurement equipment, industrial equipment thermal management, and petrochemical thermal management. The click board size is M (42.9 x 25.4 mm).
